Workwise, Shraddha’s last appearance was in Lun Ranjan’s comedy movie Tu Jhoothi Mai Makkar. As previously stated, the actress is ready to portray her enigmatic unnamed role from the 2018 hit film Stree. This marks her comeback alongside the National Award winning actor Rajkummar Rao. The movie is all set to hit theatres on August 31, 2024.

Directed by Amar Kaushik, Stree 2 is a joint project between Jio Studios and Dinesh Vijan’s Maddock films. Apart from Shraddha and Rajkummar, the movie will feature Aparshakti Khurrana, Abhishek Banerjee, and Pankaj Tripathi. Stree 2 follows the storyline of the 2018 film Stree.
