Elizabeth Hurley stated she felt “liberated” while performing in a sex scene helmed by her son.
The 58-year-old actress has shared details about her experience filming Strictly Confidential, which will hit theatres at the beginning of April. Elizabeth will be tempted by another woman in this seductive thriller, which her 21-year-old son Damian wrote and directed.
The Gossip Girl star stunned her fans by saying she didn’t feel ashamed when her kid, whom she shares with her ex-boyfriend, Steve Bing, saw her strip to play a sex scene. Instead, Elizabeth has stated that she felt “liberated” and “safe,” and she would gladly do it again if her son agreed that it was not a big deal.
The actress stated that her son’s directorial debut put her a little out of her comfort zone. In a chat with Access, she said, “The things that his script needed me to do weren’t necessarily things I’d always done in movies many times.”
The Austin Powers actor went on to say that having her kid there made her feel “safe and looked after,” adding, “Having him there meant that I felt safe and looked after, and I knew he’d look after me. So actually it’s kind of liberating to work with your family. I may do it again.”
