The classic fictional crime show CID has revived with fresher insights and plots. Recently fans were driven by surprise when two important characters of the series were reunited. In Episode 49, Daya (Dayanand Shetty) have an encounter with Shreya (Janvi Chheda) after many years. Shreya’s daughter, who was kidnapped after being born makes a comeback too. Daya is seen holding her in his arms with tears in his eyes. Post the episode aired, fans seemed elated to witness the magic, quite unprecedented.
Daya and Shreya’s reunite the unexpected way
Daya is visibly happy and emotional as he held Shreya’s daughter. In the episode, Shreya too expressed her happiness over meeting him after a long time.
