<p>Berger Paints Ltd. declared on Sunday that it would use technology from a college established by the Ramakrishna Mission in Belur in the Howrah district of West Bengal to develop a stabilizing agent for its paints.</p>
<p>In order to investigate the possibility of producing green ammonia on an electrocatalytic approach without the need for green hydrogen on a pilot size and then on an industrial scale, the company has inked a technology transfer agreement.</p>
<p>Ramakrishna Mission Vidyamandira is a residential autonomous degree college located in Belur. He clarified that this had nothing to do with producing green hydrogen.</p>

<div>&#8220;Currently, we procure stabilisers from external sources. But this technology of Ramakrishna Mission Vidyamandira, which has proven lab outcomes, is far more environmentally friendly and will also provide us with a cost advantage,&#8221; Berger Paints MD &amp; CEO Abhijit Roy told PTI.</div>
