Bharat Forge has entered into a strategic MoU with VVDN Technologies to explore collaboration across automotive, defence, AI and data centre domains.

The agreement focuses on next-generation technologies, including AI-driven server platforms and intelligent systems, as industries transition toward generative intelligence and sustainable compute infrastructure.

The companies aim to develop scalable solutions by integrating VVDN’s electronics and software capabilities with Bharat Forge’s manufacturing and precision engineering expertise.
