Finolex Industries Limited has announced the appointment of Mr. Udipt Agarwal as its Managing Director from November 1, 2025, and Mr. Rambabu Sanka as Director – Technical from August 2, 2025. The appointments signal the company’s focus on deepening operational excellence and scaling future growth.
Mr. Agarwal, an INSEAD alumnus, brings more than 30 years of experience in chemicals and specialty materials, while Mr. Sanka joins with close to 40 years in chemical manufacturing, particularly in VCM/PVC operations.
Executive Chairman Prakash P. Chhabria expressed confidence that their combined expertise will propel Finolex toward enhanced innovation and market leadership. The appointments follow the retirement of Mr. Saurabh Dhanorkar and Mr. Saumya Chakrabarti, who were thanked for their long-standing contributions.
