The Storage Solutions division of Godrej Enterprises Group has completed the delivery of a 120-foot high Automated Racking System (ARS) Rack Clad warehouse, described as one of the most advanced facilities of its kind in India.
Constructed for a leading pharmaceutical company, the high-bay warehouse integrates structural racking, automation and cladding into a seamless system designed and engineered in India. Built within an 11,490 square foot footprint, the facility provides 6,316 pallet positions for high-density storage.
The 216-foot-long and 56-foot-wide structure leverages vertical expansion to maximise capacity without increasing land use proportionately. The automated system enhances throughput, traceability, inventory accuracy and operational reliability while minimising manual handling.

The installation was carried out in three phases — structural assembly, precision-based installation and final cladding — transforming the facility into a standalone automated warehouse.
