JSBL Pune Partners with TCS to Roll Out Future-Ready Core Banking Platform

Janata Sahakari Bank Pune (JSBL Pune) has announced the selection of the TCS BaNCS™ Global Banking Platform to modernise its core and digital banking infrastructure, as the bank looks to enhance operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and customer experience.

As part of the engagement, Tata Consultancy Services will deploy its TCS BaNCS™ solution to deliver a unified, omnichannel banking experience across web, mobile, and offline channels. The modernised platform will support faster product innovation, improved scalability, and a stronger digital ecosystem for the bank.

JSBL Pune will leverage the TCS BaNCS Global Banking Platform to implement a comprehensive transformation encompassing core banking, payments, trade finance, and AML/KYC compliance. The initiative is expected to support business growth, enhance omnichannel customer engagement, and strengthen risk controls, credit quality, and enterprise-wide performance.

The platform will also enable the bank to align with evolving Reserve Bank of India regulations across areas such as digital banking, cybersecurity, credit risk management, and customer protection, ensuring sustained compliance in a rapidly changing regulatory environment.
