The Kirloskar Group has announced a six-year sponsorship of the “Let’s Talk” programme at the Kochi-Muziris Biennale, extending its engagement with contemporary art and cultural dialogue in India.
Organised by the Kochi Biennale Foundation, the “Let’s Talk” platform hosts conversations, seminars and panel discussions that explore contemporary art practices alongside social and political themes. The initiative is aimed at expanding access and encouraging deeper public participation.
According to Thomas Varghese, the Chief Executive Officer of Kochi Biennale Foundation, “The Kochi Biennale Foundation welcomes Kirloskar Group’s generous commitment to the Kochi-Muziris Biennale. We have associated with them in the past, and their support will allow us to broaden participation, deepen critical conversations and continue building an archive of ideas that enriches India’s cultural discourse.”
The Kochi-Muziris Biennale, which began in 2012, is widely recognised as South Asia’s most influential international contemporary art exhibition. The sixth Biennale opened on December 12, 2025, with exhibitions across heritage properties, galleries and public spaces in Kochi.
