Kolte-Patil Strengthens Board, Revamps Leadership as Part of Growth Push

Kolte-Patil Developers Ltd., the real estate major backed by Blackstone, has rolled out a sweeping organisational restructuring, including new Board appointments and leadership additions.

The company has brought on Avani Davda as an Additional Director (Non-Executive, Independent), pending shareholder approval. With more than 20 years of cross-industry leadership at Tata Starbucks, Tata Consumer Products, Taj Hotels, Croma and Godrej Nature’s Basket, Davda also advises Bain Advisory Network and sits on the boards of Emami Ltd. and Mahindra Logistics. In 2013, she earned a spot on Fortune US’s global ‘40 Under 40 Leaders’ list.

Her induction follows the entry of Blackstone leaders Tuhin Parikh, Asheesh Mohta and Mohit Arora to the company’s Board earlier this year.

Meanwhile, Group CEO Atul Bohra has stepped down as of November 11, 2025. Managing Director Rajesh Patil will oversee operations while the company searches for a new CEO.

Two senior executives have also been added: Anil Dwivedi, with 30 years of real estate development experience, joins as Chief Development Officer, and Vishal Mariya, an HR leader with 18 years of experience, has been appointed Group CHRO.

Rajesh Patil said the changes support the company’s long-term strategy: “With the transformative backing of Blackstone and healthy financials, Kolte-Patil Developers is poised for its next stage of growth.”

Board member Asheesh Mohta said the strengthened Board will help accelerate growth and build a respected industry platform.
