Locks & Architectural Solutions, part of Godrej Enterprises Group, continued to strengthen its leadership position in home safety and architectural hardware in 2025, supported by innovation-led growth and expanding digital channels. The business aims to reach ₹1,400 crore in revenue by FY26, up from around ₹1,250 crore in FY25.
While locks remain the core business, Architectural Solutions has emerged as a high-growth segment. Digital locks, growing at approximately 30% annually, are significantly outperforming conventional mechanical locks due to rising demand for smart and connected solutions.
Commenting on the performance, Shyam Motwani, Business Head, Locks & Architectural Solutions, Godrej Enterprises Group, noted that 2025 has been a year of focused innovation, digital transformation, and strategic expansion. He emphasised that the company’s growth is being driven by trust, relevance, and the ability to make smart security solutions accessible to Indian households across geographies. With strong momentum in digital locks, expanding online channels, and deeper penetration into emerging markets, the business is well positioned for sustained growth in the coming years.
E-commerce and quick-commerce channels currently contribute 3.5–4% of total revenue and are expected to rise to 11–12% by FY28. The brand now services customers across over 13,000 PIN codes, extending reach into Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities.
