Tata Power reported a consolidated EBITDA of ₹16,090 crore for FY2025-26, registering an 11% year-on-year increase, while annual PAT rose 7% to ₹5,118 crore.
Revenue for FY26 stood at ₹63,681 crore.
In Q4 FY26, EBITDA rose 10% year-on-year to ₹4,216 crore, while quarterly PAT increased 8% to ₹1,416 crore. Revenue for the quarter stood at ₹15,962 crore.
The company said its core business delivered strong performance during FY26, recording 13% revenue growth, 27% EBITDA growth and 34% PAT growth year-on-year.
Tata Power’s renewables business reported PAT of ₹406 crore in Q4 FY26, while FY26 PAT rose 59% year-on-year to ₹1,994 crore.
The company’s solar cell and module manufacturing business posted PAT of ₹265 crore in Q4 FY26, up 40% year-on-year. For FY26, PAT from the business more than doubled to ₹857 crore, supported by manufacturing yields exceeding 95%.
The rooftop solar business reported PAT growth of 94% year-on-year to ₹186 crore in Q4 FY26. Annual PAT from the segment rose 150% to ₹499 crore.
The company said its Odisha DISCOMs business posted PAT of ₹809 crore for FY26, registering an 84% increase over FY25.
