TCS Announces USD 37 Million Brazil Campus in Londrina, Strengthens LATAM Operations

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has unveiled plans to build its largest delivery centre in Brazil with the construction of a new campus in Londrina, backed by an initial investment of USD 37 million (BRL 200 million, INR 3.3 billion). The facility is expected to be completed by 2027.

The campus will create more than 1,600 new jobs and will act as a major delivery and innovation hub supporting clients across Brazil and Latin America. This development represents one of the largest investments made by TCS in the region, underscoring its long-term strategic focus on Latin America.

The inauguration ceremony was held at Palácio Iguaçu and attended by Carlos Roberto Massa Júnior (Ratinho Júnior), Governor of the State of Paraná, Brazil, and Bruno Rocha, Country Head, TCS Brazil.

Carlos Roberto Massa Júnior ‘Ratinho Junior’, Governor of the State of Paraná, Brazil, said, “This new strategic investment will transform Paraná into one of the major centers of IT services in Brazil. The state government invests heavily in qualified training from the ground up. We have the best public network in Brazil, and we develop training programs in programming and artificial intelligence for students from the beginning of their careers. In addition, we have the largest network of public universities in Brazil, increasingly focused on technological areas. All these factors contribute to TCS realizing this investment with the hiring of 1,600 people.”

Bruno Rocha, Country Head – TCS Brazil, said, “This new campus reinforces our commitment to Brazil and to the entire Latin America region. Once ready, the state-of-the-art facility will represent a future ready innovation hub designed to enable digital transformation for clients, contribute to the region’s sustainable growth and offer best-in-class job opportunities for local talent. With over two decades of operations in Brazil and delivery centres across Londrina, São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro, and a portfolio of over 200 clients across industries, Brazil remains a strategic market for us. Our recognition as one of the country’s top employers for 10 consecutive years further reflects our deep-rooted presence and people-first approach.”

TCS currently employs around 2,500 people in Londrina across three leased buildings. The upcoming 9,000-square-metre campus will feature three newly constructed buildings and will be developed with LEED Gold Building Certification. The new TCS-owned facility will consolidate existing teams while providing capacity for future hiring.

Designed as a collaboration and innovation hub, the campus will support business transformation through advanced technologies including artificial intelligence, cybersecurity and ERP solutions. The expansion also includes workforce development across Google, AWS, SAP and Microsoft technologies.

Aligned with its vision to become the world’s largest AI-led technology services company, TCS has launched AI labs in Londrina from January 2026 and introduced its global tcsAI Fridays initiative to accelerate AI adoption.

TCS has operated in Brazil for over two decades and serves more than 200 clients across sectors such as banking, insurance, mining, healthcare, manufacturing, retail and telecommunications. In September 2025, it opened its first TCS Pace Port™ in São Paulo to support innovation across Latin America.
