Cravings for evening snacks are genuine. But eating fried snacks in the evening can exacerbate pre-existing medical conditions. The actual trick is to strike the ideal balance between producing nutritious and delicious evening snacks. In addition to making us feel full, banana bread pudding can sate our sweet tooth. It is also the ideal dessert to finish off a delicious dinner. This is a really simple and quick recipe for banana bread pudding that you can make at home.

Ingredients used:

For pudding:
- Pav Bread, large – 4 nos
- Banana, large – 1 no
- Cashew nuts – ¼ cup
- Custard Powder – 2 tbsp
- Sugar – 2½ tbsp
- Milk – 1¾ cups
- Cinnamon powder – ½ tsp
- Chocolate chips – ¼ cup
- Raisins – ¼ cup
- Tutti frutti – ¼ cup
- Blueberries – handful
- Butter, melted – 2 tbsp
For garnish:
- Chocolate chips – handful
- Blueberries – handful
- Raisins – handful
- Tutti frutti – handful
- Icing sugar – 2 tbsp
- Mint Sprig
Procedure:

- Place the sliced pav breads on a baking dish and bake for 12 to 15 minutes at 140C.
- Peel and chop the bananas at the same time.
- Roughly blend them in a blender with cashew nuts, sugar milk, custard powder, and cinnamon powder.
- After transferring the baked bread to a bowl, top it with chocolate chips, blueberries, raisins, and tutti fruity. Transfer the banana blend into the bowl.
- Next, ladle the pudding into the ramekins after brushing them with melted butter.
- Add chocolate chips, raisins, tutti fruity, and blueberries to the pudding’s top.
- After setting the ramekins on a baking dish, fill the tray with water.
- Next, bake them for 35 to 40 minutes at 180°C. After removing the pudding from the oven, serve hot.
- Otherwise, wait for 10-12 minutes to cool ot down and then demould to avoid breakage.
