Chocolate- Strawberries
Ingredients
- Strawberries (as per servings)
- 1 cup white chocolate
- 2 cups brown chocolate (melted chocolate or chocolate bark)
- Rainbow or Heart Sprinkles

Procedure
- Wash the strawberries well, then set them aside for at least 30 minutes to dry in a dish or container.
- Melt each chocolate in its own way using a double boiler.
- In separate bowls, stir the melted chocolates to form a smooth paste.
- Dip strawberries into chocolate that has melted. Turn it in the chocolate bowl and tilt it so that the extra chocolate (chocolate strawberries) falls off.
- Line up the chocolate-dipped strawberries on the parchment paper, then cover them with a stylish design of white chocolate using a spoon or brush.

Red Velvet Brownies
Ingredients used
- 1 box of dry red velvet cake mix
- 1 Egg
- 1 cup butter
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 cups powdered Sugar
- Mini brown or white chocolate chips
- 1 cup cream cheese – softened texture
- 1/2 cup raspberry preserves or jam
- 1 1/4 Tsp Vanilla extract

Procedure
- In a bowl, combine one box of red velvet cake mix, half of a packet of mini chocolate chips, 1/2 cup melted butter, one egg, 1/4 cup water, and 1/4 cup sour cream. Stir until smooth.
- Spread the batter evenly over parchment paper or a baking tray.
- For 25 to 30 minutes, bake it at 350 degrees in a preheated oven.
- Take them out after using a toothpick to check the consistency.
- While the brownies are heating up in the oven, prepare the cream cheese frosting in a separate bowl.
- In a bowl, combine 1 cup softened cream cheese and 1/4 cup softened butter; whisk to achieve a creamy consistency.
- Mix in 1 tsp vanilla extract and 2 cups powdered sugar gradually, stirring all the time.
- When your cream cheese frosting is smooth and thick, stop stirring.
- The brownies (5 Minute Brownies) are baked when they are chilled.
- Make the raspberry glaze in a separate bowl by mixing 1/2 cup raspberry jam or preserves, 2 tablespoons water, and 1/4 teaspoon vanilla in a saucepan over low heat.
- Afterwards, top it with a little chocolate chip sprinkle and raspberry sauce.
- Allow the brownies to cool completely after removing them from the oven.
- Next, cover the top with a layer of cream cheese frosting, followed by the raspberry glaze.
