Ingredients

  • Strawberries (as per servings)
  • 1 cup white chocolate

Procedure

  • In a bowl, combine one box of red velvet cake mix, half of a packet of mini chocolate chips, 1/2 cup melted butter, one egg, 1/4 cup water, and 1/4 cup sour cream. Stir until smooth.
  • Spread the batter evenly over parchment paper or a baking tray.
  • For 25 to 30 minutes, bake it at 350 degrees in a preheated oven.
  • Take them out after using a toothpick to check the consistency.
  • While the brownies are heating up in the oven, prepare the cream cheese frosting in a separate bowl.
  • In a bowl, combine 1 cup softened cream cheese and 1/4 cup softened butter; whisk to achieve a creamy consistency.
  • Mix in 1 tsp vanilla extract and 2 cups powdered sugar gradually, stirring all the time.
  • When your cream cheese frosting is smooth and thick, stop stirring.
  • The brownies (5 Minute Brownies) are baked when they are chilled.
  • Make the raspberry glaze in a separate bowl by mixing 1/2 cup raspberry jam or preserves, 2 tablespoons water, and 1/4 teaspoon vanilla in a saucepan over low heat.
  • Afterwards, top it with a little chocolate chip sprinkle and raspberry sauce.
  • Allow the brownies to cool completely after removing them from the oven.
  • Next, cover the top with a layer of cream cheese frosting, followed by the raspberry glaze.
