Home cures have great efficacy. Dietitian Sonia Narang claims that the key to healthy skin is in your kitchen.

Narang said on Instagram that tamarind coriander is a great way to address a lot of skin issues. “Also known as imli-dhaniya paani, it is a refreshing and tangy drink made from tamarind pulp and fresh coriander leaves (or any leaves for flavour)”.

She further added, “tamarind contains hyaluronic acid, a naturally occurring polysaccharide, which is a fantastic skincare ingredient. “By incorporating tamarind water into your regime, fine lines and dark spots can be minimised,” Narang added.

“It also contains a high amount of potassium bitartrate, malic, and tartaric acid that improves the digestive system and the gut health,” added Narang.
