Bank of Baroda, owned by the State Government had announced exclusive schemes on Thursday for its designated women account holders in commemoration of International bamkWomen’s Day.
Every year International Women’s Day is observed on March 8. This exclusive offer is sanctioned for accounts namely, BoB Mahila Shakti Savings Account, BoB Women Power Current Account available till June 30, 2024, and associated loan availability till December 31, 2024, as stated by the bank in a statement.
These accounts poses a plethora of benefits which includes-
• Interest rate concession of 25 basis over retail loans: 0.25% concession on two-wheeler loans, 0.15% relaxation on education loans, 0.10% on auto loans, home loans and mortgage loan respectively.
• 100% remission of processing charges on retail loans also considering the personal loans
• 50% discount rate on yearly safe deposit locker charges.
“On this International Women’s Day, we are pleased to extend our support to women and women-led enterprises and champion their journey towards financial empowerment and independence with a range of tailored offerings that provide enhanced value,” BoB MD and CEO Debadatta Chand stated.
