CDK has maintained its Great Place to Work™ certification in India since 2020 and in the U.S. since 2022. In 2025, the company also received recognition in Canada for the first time. The certification was based on anonymous employee feedback collected through the Trust Index Survey™, which measured six areas: innovation, financial growth, values, trust, leadership effectiveness, and maximizing human potential.
