Chargebee, a global billing and monetisation platform, has expanded its corporate presence in India by moving into a new managed office space at WeWork Ramanujan Intellion Park, Chennai. The new facility spans 22,700 sq. ft. and is designed to provide a modern, collaborative environment for the company’s growing workforce.
This is Chargebee’s second office with WeWork India, after its Bengaluru centre at Prestige Tech Park. Developed in close collaboration with the WeWork India team, the Chennai workspace blends design with functionality, featuring breakout areas that encourage innovation, collaboration, and a stronger company culture.
Rajaraman Santhanam, Chief Product Officer and Co-founder at Chargebee, said, “Chargebee’s move to expand its office footprint in partnership with WeWork India, particularly with our Chennai and Bengaluru hubs, signals our alignment with our Adaptive Workplace Model, reflecting the evolving nature of work in an AI-driven world, where collaboration, creativity, and momentum thrive best through shared space and real-time connection. We are intentional about the space we design in our pursuit to build a highly inspired workplace and found a partner in WeWork India to deliver on that vision. They have consistently provided us with the flexibility needed to scale our footprint, in line with our business growth. We’re happy to strengthen our partnership as we continue to scale our presence in the region.”
The company recently shifted its Ireland office to WeWork 5 Harcourt Road in Dublin, reflecting a larger trend among Fortune 500s and global enterprises that are increasingly choosing managed, flexible office solutions over traditional leasing models.
Santosh Martin, Chief Revenue Officer, WeWork India, said, “At WeWork India, we are proud to support companies like Chargebee with agile, future-ready workspace solutions that evolve with their business. Our continued partnership is a testament to the trust we’ve built and our ability to deliver high-quality workplace experiences. As large enterprises increasingly prioritize flexibility, scalability, and employee-centric design, we remain focused on empowering them with spaces that are not only functional but also inspire innovation and collaboration. We’re excited to be part of Chargebee’s growth journey and look forward to creating more transformative spaces together.”
WeWork India currently operates across eight cities with over one lakh desks, providing flexible workspace solutions to businesses ranging from startups to Fortune 500 companies.
