U.S.-based insurance giant The Hartford has inaugurated its new India Technology Center in Hyderabad’s Financial District, reinforcing the company’s commitment to artificial intelligence (AI) and digital innovation.
The cutting-edge center, spread across the top two floors of Kalyani Trident, features advanced workstations, dynamic collaboration spaces, and training facilities aimed at fostering creativity, teamwork, and professional growth. A history wall celebrating The Hartford’s more than 200-year legacy adds a heritage touch to the modern workspace.
“The true strength of The Hartford has always been its people,” said Shekar Pannala, Chief Information Officer at The Hartford. “This Hyderabad center not only enhances our AI and digital capabilities but also positions India as a hub for engineering excellence and innovation at scale.”
Hyderabad was chosen for its thriving technology ecosystem, skilled workforce, and reputation as a global innovation hub. The new center complements The Hartford’s U.S. technology offices in Hartford, Connecticut; Chicago, Illinois; and Charlotte, North Carolina, and forms part of the company’s strategy to expand its global technology footprint.
