Tata Power’s EZ Home has been recognised at the AI/ML National Conference organised by the Ministry of Power, winning the Home Automation category at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi.
The award recognises EZ Home’s AI/ML-based data analytics that integrate smart meters with home automation, enabling improved energy efficiency and consumer control.
Of the 195 applications submitted across multiple categories by power utilities, AMISPs and technology firms, 51 solutions were shortlisted. EZ Home emerged as the sole winner in its category.
The product portfolio includes Wi-Fi-enabled smart switches, sensors, smart plugs, universal IR controllers and retrofit modules, allowing users to monitor consumption, automate routines and gain intelligent energy insights.
The jury panel comprised representatives from NPTI, Google India, Microsoft India, Meta India and SARVAM. Tata Power stated that the recognition reflects its focus on AI-driven innovation and smart energy systems. The company was also recognised in the AMISP category at the event.
