Samco Asset Management has announced the appointment of Pankit Shah as its Chief Business Officer (CBO). In this role, he will spearhead the company’s business strategy and operations with a focused mandate across sales, marketing, product development, and distribution.
With over 17 years of experience in investment management, distribution strategy, and client engagement, Pankit brings a strong track record of scaling businesses across geographies. Prior to joining Samco, he was Director – Client Relations at ARGA Investment Managers, where he played a pivotal role in expanding the firm’s presence across India, the Middle East, and Thailand.
His career also includes senior leadership roles at White Oak Capital, Motilal Oswal AMC, Axis Bank, and Enam Securities, where he built B2B distribution networks, led alternate product strategies, and drove fundraising efforts at scale.

Pankit is a commerce graduate from Narsee Monjee College of Commerce and Economics and an All India rank-holder from the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India (CWA).
