Godrej Agrovet Limited (GAVL), a leading diversified agri-business in India, has announced that Sunil Kataria has formally assumed charge as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Managing Director (MD) of the company, effective September 1, 2025, for a tenure of five years.
Kataria, who was named CEO & MD-designate in May 2025, brings over two decades of experience in marketing, sales, and leadership roles across Marico Limited, Godrej Consumer Products Limited, and Raymond Limited. Known for driving business transformation and market growth, he will lead Agrovet into its next phase with a focus on capability building, innovation, and emerging opportunities.
