Vascon Engineers Ltd. (VASCONEQ), one of India’s established EPC and real estate players, has set an ambitious growth roadmap, aiming for an EPC order book of ₹4,000 crore and a real estate project pipeline of ₹2,500 crore by FY27.
The company currently holds EPC orders worth nearly ₹3,000 crore, spread across 13 cities with a 75:25 mix between government and private contracts. Major projects under execution include a ₹606-crore medical college in Suphal, Bihar, Capgemini’s ₹416-crore IT Park in Chennai, and Vedanta’s ₹260-crore township.
Managing Director Siddharth Vasudevan Moorthy said the company’s strength lies in balancing EPC and real estate businesses across key markets. “With strong visibility in EPC contracts and a robust real estate pipeline in Pune and Mumbai, we are confident of accelerating our growth over the next two years,” he noted.
In Pune, Vascon is executing EPC projects such as the ₹262-crore Police Staff Quarters, the ₹277-crore hospital at Moshi, and a ₹96-crore housing project under PMRDA. Its real estate developments include Tower of Ascend at Kharadi and GoodLife at Talegaon, with upcoming projects in Kalyani Nagar expected to add a gross development value of ₹1,700 crore.
In Mumbai, the company is driving a redevelopment-led growth model with projects like Vascon Orchids and Prakash CHS in Santacruz, alongside an upcoming Powai project with a potential sales value of ₹425 crore. The city’s redevelopment pipeline, at 0.4 million sq. ft., represents ₹1,050 crore in sales and is projected to contribute nearly 50% of Vascon’s real estate portfolio by FY27.
Overall, Vascon’s real estate pipeline covers 1.94 million sq. ft., with an estimated sales potential of ₹2,360 crore. Meanwhile, its EPC business continues at 85% capacity utilization, backed by steady execution and new order inflows.
