As July draws closer, we have assembled a highly anticipated lineup of films and television shows that will debut this month.
1. Kill

In the dark action thriller, Lakshya Lalwani, Tanya Maniktala, Abhishek Chauhan, Ashish Vidyarthi, and Harsh Chhaya are joined by Raghav Juyal in an unseen avatar. Since making its debut at the prestigious Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF) in 2023, this movie has generated a lot of hype. The movie is set to open in theaters on July 5.
2. Sarfira

This Soorarai Pottru replica is helmed by Sudha Kongara. The film is set against the backdrop of India’s startup culture and aviation industry, according to the teaser. Along with Suriya’s cameo, the film also stars Radhika Madan, Paresh Rawal, and Seema Biswas. On July 12, it is set to make its theatrical debut.
3. Bad Newz

The film is sure to make you chuckle, with a celebrity cast that includes Vicky Kaushal, Trippy Dimri, Ammy Virk, and Neha Dhupia. The plot of this comedy-caper, which was written and directed by Anand Tiwari, will discuss heteropaternal superfecundation, an uncommon reproductive technique that allows a woman to give birth to twins who have different fathers. The second installment to the Good Newwz franchise, Bad Newz, will be released on July 19.
4. Auron Mein Kahan Dum Tha

The film is directed by Simarpreet Singh and stars Varun Sharma, Sunny Singh, Jassie Gill, Manjot Singh, Patralekhaa, and Ishita Raj. This comedy-caper, backed by Luv Ranjan and Ankur Garg, will be available digitally on Netflix starting on July 10.
6. Mirzapur Season 3
With a graphic story that heightens the violent power struggles and personal grudges that characterize the lawless metropolis, the video seeks to immerse viewers in the gloomy world of the game once more. The show will also feature Sheeba Chaddha, Rajesh Tailang, Asif Khan, Vijay Varma, and Isha Talwar, among others, heightening the tension and acting prowess.
7. Showtime

Showtime produced by Dharmatic Entertainment and helmed by Karan Johar, debuted with five episodes in March. Emraan Hashmi, Mouni Roy, Mahima Makwana, Rajeev Khandelwal, Shriya Saran, Vijay Raaz, and other celebrities have prominent roles in the show. Only a few days prior, the series’ trailer was released by the producers. Beginning on July 12, 2024, all twelve episodes of the series, which was directed by Mihir Desai and Archit Kumar, will be streamed onDisney+ Hotstar.
8. Pill

Riteish Deshmukh will make his acting debut on digital platforms with the upcoming series Pill. Following the success in Kota Factory 3, Tillotama Shome is poised to win over fans once again as she co-stars with Manav Kaul in the upcoming series Tribhuvan Mishra CA Topper. In addition, Shweta Basu Prasad, Sumit Gulati, Naresh Gosain, Naina Sareen, Faisal Malik, and Ashok Pathak play important roles in the drama series. The narrative of an average individual who becomes the target gang of Halwaais will be told in the series. Netflix is set to release it for streaming on July 18.
10. Commander Karan Saxena

Commander Karan Saxena, starring Gurmeet Choudhary, Iqbal Khan, and Hruta Durgule, is another much awaited series having its digital premiere. A RAW agent is followed in the series as he solves puzzles in a world of political intrigue and treachery. On July 8, it will be available on Disney + Hotstar.

Lastly, Blue Tick, starring Siddharth Nigam and Parul Gulati. The drama series, as its name implies, is a coming-of-age tale that follows the journey of an aspiring actress who uses her social media presence to gain recognition and a following. The series, which is helmed by Shubham Singh and produced by Folklore Films, is set to premiere on EPIC ON July 19
