5 reviving Pakistani dramas to watch on YouTube as a fresher to the genre

Dramas from the Pakistani entertainment industry are deserving of praise because of its realistic approach and well-written content.


It does not comes as a surprise that Pakistani dramas have become more realistic, have more useful plots, and have better writing. As viewers begin to relate more to Pakistani shows, there has actually been a notable shift in the audience’s interest over the past few years.

If you haven’t yet experienced the grace of the lovely Urdu language and the poetic examination of marriage, love, and society, here are   five Pakistani dramas, to begin with.

1. Suno Chanda

It tells the tale of two cousins who, despite having hated one another since they were young, grow to love one another. Suno Chanda is the daughter of Arsal and Jiya, who hate each other but wind up getting married through an arranged union. Yeh Dil Mera is the ideal fusion of romance, mystery, drama, and thrill. You will undoubtedly experience a wide range of emotions as it shows how Ahad Raza Mir deals with his difficult upbringing. Even though Sajal Aly plays Aina opposite Ahad, who is considered the male lead, her performance is just as strong.

Because of its strong storyline and talented cast, this drama is well known for having struck a chord with viewers.While Sanam Saeed’s portrayal of Kashaf proved to be empowering for women, Fawad Khan’s Zaroon continues to rule the hearts of millions. 4. Parizaad

For the Pakistani drama community, Parizaad undoubtedly changed the game. The show, which was based on the same-named novel, captured the hearts of viewers even outside of Pakistan thanks to its superb writing. Alongside Yumna Zaidi, Ushna Shah, Urwa Hocane, and Saboor Aly, Ahmed Ali Akbar plays the title role in Parizaad.
