Every able-bodied men must submit themselves to the military at 18, Shin Seung Ho’s military hiatus was indeed an accepted fact. However, according to TenAsia on June 18 the has received exemption from the service. In addition, his agency verified that an ACL (Anterior Cruciate Ligament) is the reason for the change of plans.
Shin Seung Ho’s military exit
As per Sports Chosun, Shin Seung Ho has not yet announced his enlistment even after turning 30 this year. The report read, “Shin Seung Ho underwent surgery for a ruptured anterior cruciate ligament or an ACL while performing personal schedules in 2021, and was subsequently exempted from military service.”
The initial report mentioned that the injury happened during a drama production schedule, despite, the actor completed the filming with the kind consideration of the staff. He is claimed to have underwent a surgery for his ACL, and appeared for the physical exam to attain his military grade. Thereby, he was reportedly deemed unfit and granted an exception.
