Backed by Panorama Studios, the film managed pre-release sales of 82,000 tickets in the top three domestic chains—PVR Inox and Cinepolis for day one. Also starring Riteish Deshmukh and Vaani Kapoor, the thriller will also cherish the upcoming holidays in some Indian states.
The movie is expected to open at Rs 15 crore through walk-ins and word-of-mouth. If the trail continues, the film could emerge as a clean hit. Since the film will enjoy a four-day weekend, it might witness a slug on Friday. Nonetheless, the drama will continue to rise in Saturday and Sunday, and can be propitious in minting Rs 55 crore, over the course.
The movie will clash fronting films including Sanjay Dutt’s The Bhootnii, Suriya’s Retro and Nani’s Hit 3. Moreover, the dominating Kesari Chapter 2 can also pose as a challenge for the film to thrive in utmost spirit, however, the verdict is yet to decided.
