According to Star News, the zombie thriller’s second season, which was initially scheduled for release in 2025, has been postponed until 2026, resulting in a four-year break between seasons. This marks the longest wait between seasons for any Netflix original series.

All of Us Are Dead had the longest production lag of any show, even if Squid Game and Stranger Things experienced delays as well. This record will surpass even Blood of Zeus, which had a lengthy break. According to reports, a variety of production issues are to blame for the prolonged delay, but fans will simply need to wait a little while more before rejoining the chaos.

Film Monster CEO Park Chul-soo stated back in April 2024 that production would start in 2024 with a delayed but still possible 2025 release date in mind. Star News subsequently revealed that production has been further delayed till 2025. The anticipated premiere has now been moved to 2026 due to the production team’s choice.

The show features Park Ji Hu, Yoon Chan Young, Cho Yi Hyun, Lomon, Yoo In Soo, Lee Yoo Mi, Kim Byung Chul, Lee Kyu Hyung, and Jeon Bae Soo. It is based on the webtoon Jigeum Woori Hakkyoneun by Joo Dong-geun.
