Up until 2021, Brangelina’s share of the estate was initially 50/50.

Angelina Jolie’s appeal to Pitt seeking to settle the lawsuit
As per a statement quoted by Page Six, the legal representative mentioned that Pitt “tried to punish and control Angelina by demanding a newly expanded NDA to cover his personal misconduct and abuse.” Meanwhile, Jolie has insisted to “end the fighting and finally put their family on a clear path toward healing.” “Unless Mr. Pitt withdraws his lawsuit, Angelina has no choice but to obtain the evidence necessary to prove his allegations wrong,” Murphy added.
Since Jolie sold her shares of the winery for $67 million in October 2021, the former Hollywood couple has been at odds over this legal dispute. Jolie claimed in April that Pitt had renegotiated their initial deal after declining to purchase her stock in exchange for her signing a lengthy non-disclosure agreement.
The infamous NDA scuffle

According to documents filed by Pitt’s legal team in June of last year, Jolie was the one who first asked for the more expansive NDA.
As per a source on Pitt’s side of the dispute, Jolie had “separated the kids from him” and “used the kids as a weapon against” the “Bullet Train” actor, which was “extremely upsetting.”
Pitt’s filing as quoted by USA Today stated, “These private, third-party communications are far removed from the issues and allegations in this case, and in many cases, they have nothing but the most tenuous relationship to ‘what happened on that plane.’”
Accusations levied against Brad Pitt
Jolie’s attorneys claimed in an October 2022 filing that Pitt, on their way to the French winery in California, “grabbed Jolie by the head and shook her, and then grabbed her shoulders and shook her again before pushing her into the bathroom wall.”
Six children share the ex-couple’s custody: Maddox, Pax, Zahar, Shiloh, and twins Vivienne and Knox. He was also charged with using violent behavior toward some of them. Recently, the surnames of several adult Jolie-Pitt children have also omitted Pitt’s name.
The actor “voluntarily offered to produce documents sufficient to show everything that occurred on the flight precipitated the ex-couple’s divorce,” according to Pitt’s attorney’s filing on Thursday.
