In addition to being two of Bollywood’s most renowned actors, Salman Khan and Sanjay Dutt are also close friends apart from being the industry’s superstars. According to recent reports, the two are scheduled to appear together on screen in an American thriller production, which has fans excited.

Salman Khan and Sanjay Dutt have reportedly traveled to Saudi Arabia to film their cameos for a high-profile Hollywood thriller, according to a story in Mid-Day. It has been disclosed that the film’s production, which began today, February 17, will last for two days, February 19, at the recently opened AlUla Studios, a cutting-edge film production facility.

Although the project’s creators have not disclosed any information, a source told the publication that it is an American thriller in which both stars would appear in key scenes.

“Salman and Sanjay are wildly popular not only in Bollywood, but also in the Middle East. Their scenes are being specially designed to make an impact and cater to a global audience. It will be a three-day shoot. Salman’s team flew in on Sunday morning to Riyadh,” a source stated as per a Pinkvilla report.

Bollywood's biggest fall outs

The source went on to say that because the artists and their teams are bound by an NDA, the project’s specifics will be made public later.

It is important to note that AlUla is becoming more well-known due to its old architecture and desert setting. Major Hollywood productions, such as Gerard Butler’s spy thriller Kandahar, have also been drawn to the setup.

Salman and Sanju last appeared in a special song for Son of Sardaar, which was released in 2012 by Ajay Devgn.

On the professional front, Salman Khan is also occupied on the highly anticipated film Sikandar, which is being directed by AR Murugadoss. Backed by Sajid Nadiadwala, the film also stars Kajal Aggarwal, Sharman Joshi, Prateik Babbar, Rashmika Mandanna, and Sathyaraj in important roles. The release date is slated for Eid 2025.
