BLACKPINK’S Lisa to perform at Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show alongside Tyla and Cher
This acknowledgement honors diversity in the fashion business while also demonstrating her influence on a worldwide scale.
Lisa from BLACKPINK is going to create history by being the first woman from Southeast Asia and K-pop singer to feature at the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show. Lisa will join the stage with well-known artists such as Tyla and Cher, bringing her unmatched elegance and personality to the esteemed runway.
Lisa recently established her own artist management firm, LLOUD, and partnered with RCA Records, granting her complete ownership of her solo work, further enhancing her already excellent resume. Her much-awaited solo return after almost three years was marked with the release of her single ROCKSTAR in June, which turned into a career-defining moment.
The song peaked at number one on the Billboard Global Excl. U.S. chart after debuting at number four on the Billboard Global 200. Her position as a cultural icon was further cemented when her native city of Bangkok served as the backdrop for the music video, which honored her Thai ancestry.
“New Woman featuring Rosalia,” was another top-ten hit on the Billboard Global 200. Additionally, she created history by winning Best K-Pop for the second time and being the first K-pop soloist to perform at the 2024 MTV Video Music Awards.
