1. Ranbir Kapoor in Animal

Shivoham, Ranbir’s personal trainer, posted a carousel of pictures on Instagram a few months ago, showing the actor’s strenuous physical journey. Shivoham mentioned, “It was all hard work over a period of 3 plus years. Nothing is ever achieved by taking shortcuts in life. Clarity and a vision of the end goal with a proper planned and structured program to reach to that goal is essential.”
The trainer added, “Then again, if you dint have the WILL, DESCIPLINE, CONSISTENCY and the FIRE to achieve the goals, no amount of planning and structure will help.”
2. Kartik Aaryan in Chandu Champion
Actor Kartik Aaryan has been getting positive reviews for his recently released movie, Chandu Champion. In the sports drama, he portrayed Murlikant Petkar, the first Indian to win a gold medal in the Paralympic Games. He had to alter his lifestyle in a few ways to achieve the desired appearance. Kartik disclosed that he went from having sleeplessness to being an avid exercise fan over this journey, reducing his body fat from 39% to 7%.
“It’s surely a journey of one and half years to remember for me. The life of the living legend Mr. Murlikant Petkar not only made me a stronger human being but also further instilled the belief that if you can dream it, then you can achieve it… nothing is impossible,” he wrote in the post caption.
The actor added, “Pehle mummy kehti thi, ‘beta gym jao’ lekin aaj kal haalaat aise hain ki unhe call karke bolna padta hai, ‘beta gym se vapas aa jao.” (My mother used to tell me, son, go to the gym, but now she asks me to come back from the gym.)
3. Bobby Deol for Animal
Bobby Deol’s physical makeover for the character of Abrar Haque has drawn a lot of attention. According to India Today, ‘Lord Bobby’s’ trainer Prajwal Shetty revealed the actor’s remarkable transition from a lover boy to a powerhouse in Animal by revealing that the actor lowered his body fat percentage to an astounding 12%.
Additionally, he was doing morning and nightly 40-minute high-intensity cardio workouts. Bobby didn’t stop there; he also emphasized the value of functional training and included aerobic and weight training. He then adhered to a customized diet plan for his lunch, supper, and breakfast.
4. Hrithik Roshan in Fighter
Hrithik Roshan showed off his abs in multiple music videos for Fighter. Kris Gethin, Roshan’s personal fitness trainer, disclosed the routine to India Today in an interview. Hrithik engaged in one or two daily sessions of cardio. Exercises included swimming, elliptical training, running, and StairMaster Rower sessions. 6. Shah Rukh Khan in Pathaan
