Back to the silver screen with her another astounding performance, Sonakshi Sinha has made ‘Happy Phirr Bhag Jaegi’ a success. Her new comical avatar is actually a heart winning performance along with the actors, Diana Penty, Jimmy Sheirgill and Ali Fazal. According to a recent report on BoxOfficeIndia.com, the film has raked in Rs. 16.74 Crores as its first week collection. Although the movie had a slightly slow start on the first day, but picked up its pace in the following days, taking all the praises from the audience.
Diana, who is seen essaying the character from the prequel of the film opened up on working with Sonakshi. She said, “It was a blast working with Sonakshi. She is one of the nicest, most positive and down to earth people I’ve met. She is so vivacious and full of life that it rubs off onto everyone around her.”
Directed by Mudassar Aziz, Happy Phirr Bhag Jayegi is a sequel to the 2017 film Happy Bhag Jayegi. Except every other character, Sonakshi Sinha, Piyush Mishra and Jassi Gill are the new additions to the film. Let’s see how well does the movie do in the upcoming days.
