According to a recent report, Brad Pitt has enlisted the assistance of Jennifer Aniston, his other ex-girlfriend, in order to campaign against Angelina’s film Maria at the 2025 Academy Awards.
The film is based on singer Maria Callas. Angelina received love for her portrayal during the film’s recent world debut at the Venice Film Festival. The actor’s chances of winning Best Actress at the Oscars next year are already being discussed. The movie will eventually be released on Netflix later this year, and the streaming service is reportedly launching a major Oscar campaign for it.
Dislike Angelina campaign

According to an article in In Touch Weekly, Brad and Jennifer Aniston have been enlisting Hollywood folks who dislike Angelina to keep Maria from attending the coveted awards. “Angie has some powerful friends too, but it’s Jen’s group that has been proven to be able to steer the course of the nomination process, which is exactly what they did two years ago,” the report stated, further adding, “Making peace with these people isn’t an option, and it’s not how Angelina does things. It’s an extremely stressful position for Angie to be in, even more challenging than the transformation she made into Maria Callas to get into this position in the first place.”
According to a different source cited in the story, Angelina is attempting to promote the movie using her social network, but it might not be a successful effort. “You’d hope for Angie’s sake, after all she put herself through to make Maria, that she could neutralize this threat but Jen’s social network is incredibly powerful, it’s tightly knit, and it’s full of A-listers,” added the source.
