BTS and BLACKPINK declared as the most loved K-pop Act in 2024 globally

BTS and BLACKPINK continue to dominate the K-pop world despite fewer group activities in the last couple of years. According to K-pop Radar’s 2024 Global K-POP MAP chart, BTS is the most beloved K-pop Act in the world. BLACKPINK have also maintained their status as the top leading girl group of 2024.
BTS members, Jimin (Park), Min Yoongi (SUGA), Jungkook (Jeon), V (Kim Taehyung), and RM (Kim Namjoon) are all fulfilling their required military service up till June 2025. Jin and J-Hope, meanwhile, have already finished their military duty and are back in the civilian world. J-Hope was released on October 17, 2024, and Jin, who served for 18 months, was released on June 12, 2024.
According to HYBE, after all members have completed their required military service in 2025, BTS will have a full group reunion in 2026. The team will be able to guarantee a powerful comeback with this specific approach. Nevertheless, it is anticipated that the five members will concentrate on their own initiatives until 2026 post their discharge.
