BTS’ Jimin’s solo track WHO wins the top spot with 56 mn views on Spotify Global Weekly Chart
The artist is still achieving success despite being inactive as a result of his military enlistment.

BTS’ Jimin recently made a solo comeback with the release of his brand-new album, MUSE, which has been topping the charts ever since. WHO, the lead single from the album, has received 56 million plays overall and is currently at the top of the Spotify Global Weekly Chart.
The Spotify Milestone
The title track of his solo comeback album MUSE, “WHO,” by Jimin, debuted at number one on the Spotify Global Weekly Chart on July 26, 2024. A total of 56,838,165 filtered streams were obtained for the song. According to the chart, it is the biggest K-pop debut in 2024. Kendrick Lamar’s Not Like Us, Sabrina Carpenter’s Espresso, Billie Eilish’s Birds of a Feather, and Please Please Please round out the list.
On July 19, 2024, Jimin released his second solo album, MUSE. The album features six tracks in total, including the pre-release single Smeraldo Garden Marching Band, aside from the title track Who. In addition, Slow Dance—a song in collaboration with Sofia Carson—will also feature Rebirth, Be Mine, and Interlude: Showtime.

In 2023, he released his debut solo album, Face. Like Crazy, the record’s single, which eventually made him the first K-pop soloist to reach the top of the Billboard Hot 100 chart. The album’s pre-release single was Set Me Free, Part 2.
Along with his teammate Jungkook, the artist was enlisted in the military on December 13, 2024. He will continue to pursue his career as a K-pop idol after being released from service sometime in 2025.
