The scene in question is filmed in an informal, home video setting, and Jungkook can be seen sporadically bringing the object close to his face. While some fans are positive they are witnessing Jungkook vape, others are not so sure, pointing to the video’s high quality as a reason why confirmation is challenging.
Discussions surrounding Jungkook’s vaping have arisen previously. A flurry of fan reactions resulted from Jungkook’s unintentional disclosure of what appeared to be a vape during a Weverse Live session earlier this year.
Someone wrote, “There’s no way people are mad about jungkook vaping he just did a whole ass speech about being a grown as man who can do whatever he wants and yall are just going to ignore that ??”
A user wrote on X, “i rlly hope jungkook vaping hasn’t inspired others to start cause if you could do without it PLEASE don’t start.”
Notwithstanding the commotion, a lot of fans have laughed at the possibility that Jungkook is vaping on camera, especially considering the relaxed and unscripted nature of the show.
Conversely, some fans contend that if the footage had been deemed offensive or in violation of BIGHIT MUSIC’s image policies, it most likely would have been edited out. It is suggested that Jungkook’s vaping behavior might be an off-camera habit rather than something he would discuss candidly in a show aimed at a worldwide viewership.
