Choreographer and actor Jason Tham has came a long way. After participating in realty show Just Dance, Jason has been part of the popular show Dil Dosti Dance and then he also did shows like Agent Raghav, Ek Deewana Tha. He was seen in grey shades as don and got lot of appreciation.. Speaking on the opportunity in the industry Jason puts forward a valid point and says,”The search for good script and roles continues for me, since the time I have been an actor the journey is inspiring yet testing. I always knew that my face is not of a typical quintessential Indian actor and more of an oriental face. And why should we get the roles based on the North East region. Indian daily soaps are all about joint family and I definitely don’t fit in that structure but I can be a villain, a character which has infinite scope. I was casted for Happy Phirr Bhag Jayegi in a grey shade. At least give me a chance. I know my potential and I know my craft well.” So how do you handle the less or no work phase? “Well am a human and an artist too, so I just can stick to one thing. I am a positive person, I do various things like honing my dancing skills to doing commercials as there I have faced no issue and I have been part few big commercials.” Jason also adds,”In an industry like Hollywood you are not judged for your face, things are changing in India and am hoping soon there will be more opportunities for me.”
