The much awaited Karan Johar’s movie, which will show the trio of Amitabh Bachchan, Ali Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor, is being considered as ‘his most ambitious project’ till now. Brahmastra, ‘a contemporary movie with ancient elements’ in the words of Ayan Mukherjee was earlier named as Dragon. The movie was renamed and announced by Karan on the 75th birthday of Big B.
Revealing how important this project is for Karan, an inside source said, “Karan plans to go beyond his demarcations and do something bigger this time. Understanding the hefty budget involved in making a superhero movie, Karan has asked the entire team not to worry over money matters. Expectedly, the budget of the movie will approximately be 100 crores in the Indian currency.
Producer Karan, who earlier had plans to make Shuddhi with such high budget, will now be focusing on this new venture as it will be biggest movie for him in terms of the budget.
