Sara Ali Khan discloses her mantra for dealing with online trolling, criticisms and unusual backlash

Since making her Bollywood debut, Sara Ali Khan has also had to cope with her fair share of criticism. The actress has, however, learned to cope with them and risk her sanity in the process. She acknowledged growing thick-skinned during an interview. The actress also talked candidly about her career, admitting that she is still in the early stages of her acting career.
During the Times Now Summit 2025, Sara Ali Khan spoke with Zoom about her Bollywood profession, the mother-daughter relationship, her financial management, and more.
She acknowledged that she has begun to filter out as best she can, which has caused them to have a much smaller impact on her. She went on to say that meditation has been enabling her to distinguish between what is real and what is not, as well as helping her keep her sanity.
“I have started looking at my own thoughts like clouds,” she stated, stating that she doesn’t even identify with every idea. The young celebrity claimed that trolling was never the issue. It seems that the sentiment of “Is this person right?” was the problem. Now that she is aware of this, she lets that thought go. The actress revealed, “I let go of ‘Sara is the best,’ and I let go of ‘Sara is the worst,'” adding that her present emphasis is just on where and what she is.
She added, “I’m not even at the tip of the iceberg as an actor. Some people like certain actors, and some don’t.”
