After four years of marriage, Joe Jonas filed for divorce from Sophie Turner in September 2023. After the former couple was unable to come to an agreement, according to a recent TMZ report, Sophie is now attempting to “reactivate” divorce procedures with the singer. The Jonas Brothers singer and the Game of Thrones actress have yet to make a public statement on the matter.
According to TMZ, Sophie Turner has asked to ‘reactivate’ her divorce from Joe Jonas. The two had put their procedures on hold while they went to mediation to try to come to an agreement on a property and c child custody settlement.
However, since the singer and actress were unable to reach an agreement, Sophie is reportedly asking the Court to end the marriage and rule on who gets custody of their daughters through a court-ordered settlement.
Their custody fight for daughters Willa and Delphine has made news since last year. As per the TMZ report, it seems that the duo cannot agree on custody, although property is probably not a source of conflict because they have an agreement. Joe and Sophie agreed on a temporary child custody agreement last year, but it appears they have been unable to come up with a permanent one.
