Spoiler Alert
The highly anticipated fourth season of Classroom of the Elite anime was officially revealed by the show creators during the most recent MF Bunko J Natsu no Gakuensai 2024 Livestream event. The creators have returned with news about the upcoming season, six months after the third season’s last episode aired. With this, it has been known that the new adventure will continue where the first-year arc left off, delving into the first semester of the second year at the Advanced Nurturing High School.
In addition, the season will be based on the light novels Classroom of the Elite: Year 2.
One of the major events of the next season is the introduction of a new exam that connects second-year students with first-year students for a written test, as is also shown in the novels. The intriguing twist is that the second-year student could be expelled if they don’t meet the average score. The capacity to handle interpersonal relationships and alliances—which have historically been essential to surviving at this fiercely competitive school.
With characters like Takuya Yagami, who has a strange past with Kushida, and Kazuomi Hōsen, who has a terrible history with Ryūen, the new freshmen are expected to bring levels of rivalry and intrigue.
In addition, Nagumo, the class’s new student council president, will be the subject of Classroom of the Elite Season 4’s continuous struggle as she presents a fresh challenge and threat to all of the students. His introduction of an app that shows off each student’s skills to the entire student population is probably going to make the already competitive environment at the school even more intense.
