Kanye West has not been able to wrap around his head over a destined moniker for public and professional use. Initially he called himself ‘Ye’ that dates back to 2018, well as of now, it has been changed again as reported by Page Six. The rapper now wants to be identified as ‘Ye Ye’ which could purportedly be a seven-year bond until 2033.
He have changed his name if the quotation from his new business documents in California are proved to be true. It is estimated that the documents are genuine as it is undersigned by chief financial officer, Hussain Lalani. Additionally, it is believed that the singer may also use this names in his recent ventures like Yeezy Apparel, Yeezy Record Label, LLC and Getting Out Our Dreams Inc.
Kanye West’s change of name over the years
Earlier, the 48-year-old tweeted in 2018, “the being formally known as Kanye West. I am YE”. During the announcement he even released an album of the similar name. Later by 2021, he again changed his official name.
Previously on June 1, he will quit using the name considering his username, which was linked to a ‘slave name’. He mentioned about making a different account for the new name.
Well, this time perhaps ‘Ye Ye’ will serve as the new moniker. Amidst these changes, he has been engulfed in a litigation battle against his ex-wife, Kim Kardashian.
