BLACKPINK’s Jennie is all set to unleash her much-anticipated solo tune, Mantra releasing on October 11 2024. Fans have, however, seen a lot of billboards in different places as a pre-release marketing strategy.
Numerous cities in Canada, Mexico, New Zealand, Italy, and India have the billboards raked up for public display.
She has recently stirred up controversy, as it was claimed that she was appropriating cultural material by adopting the Sanskrit word “Mantra,” which has immense significance in India.
In early 2024, the artist founded Odd Atelier, a venture. Despite not renewing her contract YG Entertainment she stays committed to the group activities, being a member of BLACKPINK.

Alongside Lisa, Jisoo, and Rose from BLACKPINK, Jennie debuted as a K-pop idol in 2016. The group rose to prominence and is currently regarded as one of the top girl groups globally. In addition, Jennie released the track “SOLO” as her first release. In 2023, the musician also released the single You & Me, which she had previously performed live with the trio during their BORN PINK global tour.
Additionally, Jennie appeared in a joint single with BLACK B’s Zico called Spot, which peaked at the top of every regional chart in South Korea. With her participation on the song One of the Girls, she has also made her debut on the Billboard 100 chart.
