Heartwarming moments from Aishwarya Arjun-Umapathy Ramaiah’s grand wedding reception

On June 10, in a private ceremony, action star Arjun Sarja’s daughter Aishwarya Arjun and well-known actor-director Thambi Ramaiah’s son Umapathy Ramaiah exchanged vows.

According to a recent update, on June 14th, a star-studded reception ceremony was held, which was attended by numerous well-known celebrities and notable politicians. Take a peek!

The reception was held in Chennai Hotel Leela Palace. In a picture, Thalaivar Rajinikanth is seen beside his daughter Aishwarya Rajinikanth, bestowing his blessings to the newlyweds.

M K Stalin, the chief minister of Tamil Nadu, also attended the function with spouse Durga Stalin. Jackie Shroff and Makkal Selvan,Prabhu Deva, Lokesh Kanagaraj, and Vijay Sethupathi were also spotted at the event. Kannada actor Dhruva Sarja took part in the royal occasion.

Professional front

In the Tamil film Pattathu Yaanai, which was directed by Boopathy Pandian, Aishwarya Arjun made her film debut in 2013.  She also worked in her father’s bilingual Hindi-Tamil movie, Prema Baraha/Sollidava, featuring Chandan Kumar. Furthermore, Arjun Sarja is reportedly directing Aishwarya’s upcoming Telugu film with co-star Vishwak Sen.

Inbasekhar’s 2017 film Adhagappattathu Magajanangalay, on the other hand, marked Umapathy Ramaiah’s film debut. Most recently, in June 14, 2024, Umapathy’s Pithala Maathi, opened successfully in theaters.
