In an interview with the Indian Express, Jagkaran Singh, who won Rs. 1 crore on Kaun Banega Crorepati 15, expressed his happiness at being named the season’s crorepati. When questioned about his belief that KBC producers choose the show’s contestants rather than those who are chosen on merit, Jaskaran said, “I think when people do not know about something, they make assumptions.”

He continued, “For those who haven’t even tried, they are the ones making such claims. I want to assure you that there is nothing like that. It’s a show based on merit, so please do not fall for these claims.”

At Kaun Banega Crorepati 15, he was getting ready for his first crack at the civil service examinations. Jaskaran was asked what he intended to do with the winning sum while speaking with Pinkvilla.

He stated, “My main priority is my family and my house. So obviously, the amount that I won on Kaun Banega Crorepati 15, I will utilize for my family and house.”
