On December 26, 2024, Squid Game season 2 finally debuted, and it quickly became a global sensation. Lee Jung Jae, the show’s main protagonist, recently addressed rumors that V from BTS might be joining the cast for season three.
The cast of Squid Game spoke with BuzzFeed UK on January 3, 2024, regarding their eagerly awaited upcoming season. Reporters asked a startling question regarding the idea that V from BTS would join the cast during the conversation. Wi Ha Joon and Lee Jung Jae both seemed momentarily surprised by the question. Keeping a serious face, Lee Jung Jae answered cryptically, “Oh, I can’t say anything about that”.
Fans are going crazy over the actor’s startling reaction, which has fueled more rumors. Many people are looking back at old pictures of V with Im Siwan and BTS’s V and Lee Jung Jae together at different occasions.
