It is a no-brainer that the BTS members during the military service worked seamlessly hard to excel in the deployed roles. With fetching impressive ranks and awards and a noble reputation in the service, the members have been at their core. J-Hope mentioned that he used to go for a tough run every day to manage an extra day off, ranging it around 500 km.

J-Hope’s toil for a one-day leave

During his conversation in this week’s Point of Omniscient Interfere, the artist mentioned about the provision to partake in an activity wherein a soldier must record a 800 km run to avail 5 days of leave. Pertaining to this rule, the singer worked immensely to achieve the results in the set time. Unfortunately, the benefit was mellowed down to a 500 km run to receive 1 day of leave. To fulfill this, he used to run for 10 km every day.

As a result, his calf muscles got rigid and thick that left his mother in deep state of worry for his son’s physical well-being. His mother asked, “What exactly happened for you to gain such strong calf muscles?”

Quite conscious of the initial appearance and moulding of the muscles, the artist adopted a yoga retreat to slim them down. Just 2 months before his military release, he reduced them in a good shape.
