In just eight days, Kalki 2898 AD, directed by Nag Ashwin, has become Prabhas’ second-highest grossing movie ever. The movie is doing well at the box office worldwide. The Prabhas, Deepika Padukone, and Amitabh Bachchan film is expected to have made Rs 650 crore at the worldwide box office during its extended first week.

After the release of the Bahubali franchise, the actor has developed a separate fanbase, except the failure of Radhe Shyam. Kalki 2898 AD has become the second highest grossing film of Prabhas’ career, behind the blockbuster Bahubali 2 (Rs 1748 crore), in just 8 days, surpassing the lifetime revenues of Salaar (Rs 617 crore), Bahubali (Rs 581 crore), Saaho (Rs 418 crore), and Adipurush (Rs 351 crore).
Even though Salaar will soon be released in Japan, it won’t have an impact on this ranking because Kalki 2898 AD will, after all is said and done, become Prabhas’ second-highest grossing film of all time, with a global total of around Rs 900 crore.
